Our food is prepared in-house with fresh local seasonal produce by our Italian chef, Stefano Lisi. Our shop shelves offer culinary treats from imported pastas & sauces to dressings & preserves. They make for beautiful gift baskets We specialize in corporate catering, wine & cheese parties, and all other special occasions.

About Us

My mom and dad always loved cooking! In fact, as a kid I was deprived the luxury of a Big Mac because everything was home cooked. It was fresh made pasta, duck l orange, or Thai cuisine.... the list goes on.

Once my sister and I moved out - they started cooking for neighbors and friends, naturally! After my dad retired in 2003, my folks decided to feed everyone and they opened Blue Table in Calabasas.

The idea was to cook fresh, home cooked food, with a Welcome to my home feel.

I was living in Italy at the time, and my parents wanted my Italian husband Stefano and I to move back to the States to help run the business.

Stefano grew up on a farm in Italy and has a total of 15 Aunts, so needless to say he was born a chef. I had studied architecture, and began to fall in love with cheese in Italy. I loved the idea of incorperating my palate and food knowledge into Gourmet Structure.

We have been in business for 7 years in Calabasas - incorperating the same philosphy from the start. You will see dad (Jim), making soup, mom (Ellen) out front giving you a tour of Our Home, Stefano cutting vegetables in the kitchen, and me (Gina) designing a cheese platter.

In 2010, Stefano and I opened Blue Table in Agoura Hills (with help from mom and dad of course)! We have always loved the area, and we thought Whizin Center was perfect for our second location.
